Transit time refers to the estimated time taken by the carrier to deliver your order after it has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The typical estimated delivery timeframe is:
3–7 business days
This consists of:
- Handling: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 2–5 business days
The delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
6. Delivery Charges
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Customers will be able to review the applicable delivery cost before placing an order.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.
Warehouse Kitchen Store is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
If you realise that your delivery information is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruption
- Operational issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order appears to be delayed, please contact our customer service team with your order number so that we can assist you.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or is otherwise not as expected, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other relevant information so that we can investigate the issue and provide the appropriate assistance.
10. Delivery Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to you after your order has been dispatched.
